OPEN POSITIONS & KEY REQUIREMENTS

We are recruiting for two primary tracks:

1. Subject Matter Expert (SME) – P2P/AP (Experience: 4–5 Years)

This senior role requires strong leadership and technical expertise.

• Job Title:

  SME – Accounts Payable Analyst / P2P Expert

• Focus:

  Driving end-to-end process improvement, standardization, and consistency.

• Key Skills:

  Mandatory strong knowledge of

  SAP (specifically F110)

  for payment runs, expertise in

  Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

  ,

  KPI reporting

  , internal control testing, and mentoring junior team members. Must act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for complex escalations.

2. Analyst / Payment Analyst (Experience: Fresher to 3 Years)

These roles are focused on execution, compliance, and accurate processing.

• Job Title:

  Invoice Processing Analyst / Payment Analyst

• Focus:

  Processing high-volume AP transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

• Key Skills:

  Experience with

  Invoice Processing

  , 2-way/3-way matching, managing vendor payments (including initiating payments in

  SAP F110

  for the Payment Analyst role), compiling with internal controls, and preparing basic reports. Freshers with a Post-Graduation in Commerce/Finance are also encouraged to apply for the Payment Analyst role.

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• Proven experience in a Shared Services/Global Finance environment.
• Proficiency in

  SAP

  and

  Advanced MS Excel

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
