Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) professional to join our team as a Solution Architect / Senior Technical Lead. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in architecting, designing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions across various platforms. You will lead development initiatives, manage technical teams, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver robust business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  
• Guide end-to-end implementation across multiple Dynamics CRM projects.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
  
• Oversee and participate in customization, configuration, and development using C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and related technologies.
  
• Design and implement integrations and data migrations using tools such as SSIS, PowerQuery, and KingswaySoft.
  
• Create model-driven apps, canvas apps, and automate processes using Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
  
• Deploy Dynamics CRM on hand-held devices, Outlook clients, and integrate with Office 365 applications.
  
• Produce functional and technical design documentation and lead technical project teams.
  
• Ensure governance standards including DLP policies and app lifecycle management for Power Platform solutions.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM design and development.
  
• At least 3 end-to-end CRM implementations (for Architect role).
  
• Deep understanding of Dynamics CRM technical architecture and SDK.
  
• Proficiency with .NET Framework, C#, SQL Server, SSIS/SSRS.
  
• Strong experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and other cloud components.
  
• Experience in web technologies like ReactJS, JSON, jQuery, oData, WCF (preferred).
  
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform and experience in both model-driven and canvas apps.
  
• Experience with Project Service Automation (PSA) or Project Operations modules is a plus.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Proven ability to lead development teams and deliver complex CRM solutions independently.
