About the role


Client Success Manager


What you’ll do


  • Manage and onboard

    verified buyers and suppliers

  • Drive conversions via

    WhatsApp, email, and calls

  • Maintain

    CRM hygiene

    , pipelines, and timely follow-ups
  • Represent the company in

    client meetings and pitches

  • Travel

    to exhibitions when required

  • Resolve client issues

    with speed and empathy

  • Analyze client data

    to improve service quality
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure

    on-time, accurate delivery

  • Publish

    daily, weekly, and monthly reports

    on accounts and KPIs


What you’ll bring


  • Track record in

    Customer Success / Client Service / Account Management

  • Excellent English

    (written & spoken); additional languages are a plus

  • Relationship-building

    and stakeholder management skills

  • Analytical mindset

    (able to turn data into actions)

  • Organized, detail-oriented

    , and relentless with follow-ups
  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Business/Marketing/Commerce

    (or relevant)
  • Experience in

    exports/sourcing

    (textiles/commodities)
  • Bonus:

    Make.com/Zapier

    automation familiarity;

    Sheets/Excel

    , Slack, Gmail, Notion/HubSpot
