About the role We’re a global export sourcing consultancy looking for a Client Success Manager who’s exceptional at communication, follow-through, and turning warm leads into long-term relationships. What you’ll do Manage and onboard verified buyers and suppliers Drive conversions via WhatsApp, email, and calls Maintain CRM hygiene , pipelines, and timely follow-ups Represent the company in client meetings and pitches Travel to exhibitions when required Resolve client issues with speed and empathy Analyze client data to improve service quality Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure on-time, accurate delivery Publish daily, weekly, and monthly reports on accounts and KPIs What you’ll bring Track record in Customer Success / Client Service / Account Management Excellent English (written & spoken); additional languages are a plus Relationship-building and stakeholder management skills Analytical mindset (able to turn data into actions) Organized, detail-oriented , and relentless with follow-ups Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Commerce (or relevant) Experience in exports/sourcing (textiles/commodities) Bonus: Make.com/Zapier automation familiarity; Sheets/Excel , Slack, Gmail, Notion/HubSpot How success will be measured Lead-to-deal conversion rate Time-to-response and SLA adherence Retention/repeat business and NPS/client satisfaction CRM discipline and reporting accuracy 📩 To apply: Send your CV + a short intro note to info@elanexports.com : Add a 60–120s voice/video on why you are a great fit.
