Role Description

This is a contract-based, on-site role for C++ Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) Trainers, located in Hoshiarpur. Trainers will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive C++ programming and DSA training modules. Key responsibilities include curriculum development, conducting in-depth theoretical and hands-on training sessions, preparing teaching materials, evaluating student progress, and providing mentorship. Trainers will ensure that participants gain a solid understanding of C++ programming and DSA fundamentals, preparing them for real-world applications and career opportunities.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in C++ programming, Data Structures, and Algorithms, with a practical understanding of advanced concepts.
Proficiency in curriculum design, instructional methods, and creating engaging learning experiences.
Ability to conduct in-depth sessions with a focus on hands-on exercises to reinforce theoretical knowledge.
Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively explain technical concepts to learners of varying skill levels.
Experience in mentorship, evaluating student performance, and providing constructive feedback.
Familiarity with the latest trends in technology and programming practices.
Proven teaching or corporate training experience in C++ and DSA is highly desirable.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
