Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Coordinator. The Customer Care Coordinator will be responsible for providing Customer Care support to internal employees, troubleshooting issues with hardware and software, and effectively communicating solutions to end-users. The Customer Care Coordinator will also be responsible for analyzing issues, identifying trends, and creating documentation to improve processes and procedures.
