Job Role: As a Help Desk Executive, you’ll handle employee and driver queries related to office transport. Your job is to solve small issues and keep things running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Answer calls/messages from employees about their office travel
✅ Fix common issues like pickup delays or route changes
✅ Coordinate with drivers or the support team
✅ Log issues and share them with the right teams.
