Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers or candidates.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or job opportunities.
  • Record and maintain all customer interactions and issue logs.
  • Follow up on pending cases to ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer queries.
  • Maintain a positive and professional tone in all communications.
  • Generate daily and weekly call or report summaries.
  • Assist in basic administrative and data-entry tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,485.73 - ₹17,574.92 per month
