Junior Supervisor

Job Description:

• The Junior Supervisor is responsible for supporting daily team operations, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring that tasks are completed as per company standards.
• This is a leadership support role with hands-on coordination and team guidance responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Supervisor/Manager in managing daily team activities.
• Monitor the work progress and ensure targets are met.
• Guide and support team members to follow standard procedures.
• Report issues or delays in work to senior management.
• Maintain attendance, work logs, and basic reporting.
• Ensure team compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Provide on-job training and feedback to workers/staff.
• Help maintain discipline and a positive work environment.
• Coordinate with other departments when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 10+2 or Graduate (any stream).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,086.00 - ₹17,545.80 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus
