We are hiring for Helpdesk Executive at KPlus Infotech Pvt Limited

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently.

  • Coordinate and assign calls to the appropriate IT Hardware Engineer.

  • Accurately document customer interactions and solutions provided.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer or technical support.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
