Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and develop strong client relationships. This role requires strategic planning, leadership, and the ability to hire, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and a deep understanding of market trends.

Sales Strategy & Business Growth

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Drive market penetration and develop key sales initiatives.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring consistent business growth.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and support career development.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure high levels of customer retention and repeat business.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competition, and customer demands.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve products, services, and sales strategies.

Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Track sales performance and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning for the sales department.
  • Utilize CRM tools and sales automation software for efficient sales tracking.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns that support sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to align offerings with market needs.
  • Coordinate with operations and customer support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Hiring & Building a Strong Sales Team

  • Recruit, interview, and onboard top sales talent to build a high-performing team.
  • Develop a structured hiring process to ensure the right fit for the companys sales goals.
  • Establish sales training programs to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
  • Create a competitive and motivating environment to drive team success.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3+ years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in hiring, training, and managing sales teams.
  • Industry experience in IT, B2B, Retail, or Real Estate sales is a plus.
