Job Description:
· Working for First level Maintenance for ATM.
· Dispatch the First Level Maintenance calls to the concerned Field Engineers (Custodians) to make machine operational.
· Taking follow-ups on pending calls & closures.
· Handling all kinds of queries (Customer/Bank), escalation calls etc.
· To co-ordinate with customers & develop good relations with them.
· Coordinating E-mails on time to customer and as well as seniors.
· There will be coordination with the banks team and field team.
Experience - 0-2 years (Experience in Helpdesk preferred )
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
