Job Description

We are seeking a Help Desk Executive to join our team in Andheri, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our end-users. The role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure smooth operation of IT services.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively and efficiently.
Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
Document support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Escalate complex issues to senior technicians when necessary.
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and manage software licenses.
Stay updated on the latest technology trends and provide recommendations for improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

1-4 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
Proficient in Windows and Mac operating systems.
Strong knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
