Job Description

  • Provide technical support for Avaya voice platform, ensuring uptime and stability of voice communication systems
  • Monitor and troubleshoot trunk status, PRI lines, and Avaya devices using Avaya command-line tools
  • Perform daily system health checks and report anomalies proactively
  • Have in-depth understanding of

    Avaya Communication Manager (ACM)

    and

    Gateway functions

  • Work with cross-functional IT teams to resolve voice-related incidents and service requests
  • Maintain system documentation and assist in voice infrastructure upgrades and patching
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and assist in internal/external audits

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 11.5 years of hands-on experience with Avaya voice platforms
  • Strong understanding of ACM and Gateway operations
  • Familiarity with Avaya CLI for real-time system monitoring and troubleshooting
