Role Description

• Design and Engineering of HVAC systems for Pharmaceuticals projects and Hospitals
• Heat load calculations, Preparation of BOQ, Duct design, selection of filters
• Psychometric analysis
• Preparation of tenders for HVAC and Building automation system
• Knowledge of selection of chillers, cooling towers and pumping systems
• Visiting sites, interaction with clients, co- ordination with various other engineering disciplines/ vendors
• Communicate directly with customers to understand project requirements, goals, design specifications, and operational environments in order to evaluate cost, feasibility, and implementation of new HVAC equipment.
• Use calculated data to select equipment that is suitable for specific job.
• Calculate chilled water pipe size for the chilled water system based on calculated GPM .
• Prepare design packages for mechanical HVAC systems including preparation of documents , design drawings , scope of work and technical specification for chillers and direct expansion units , duct work systems, with all associated fixtures and fittings, pipe work system for chillers , FCU/AHU and pumps.
