We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Health Care Sourcing Specialist to support our talent acquisition and procurement efforts. This role is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare and eager to learn the ins and outs of sourcing professionals and vendors in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in Talent Sourcing:

  • Use job boards, social media, and internal databases to identify potential candidates for clinical roles.
  • Screen resumes.
  • Exposure to applicant tracking systems (ATS) or sourcing platforms.
  • Basic understanding of healthcare roles and terminology.
  • Maintain candidate records and update tracking systems.

Data & Reporting:

  • Compile sourcing metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate response rates.
  • Help prepare reports
  • Keep sourcing documentation organized and up to date.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and procurement staff.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sourcing strategies.
  • Support onboarding and credentialing processes as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong interest in healthcare and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic data entry tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
