Job Description

Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements.
Source candidates through various Job portals
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process.
Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations, offer letters, and pre-employment checks.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
Attend job fairs, career events, and networking functions to attract top talent.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
