Healthcare Recruiter

As a Senior International Healthcare Recruiter at ITIUM Technologies Pvt. Ltd. based in Navi Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in leading the U.S. healthcare recruitment operations. Your responsibilities will involve managing full-cycle recruitment for various U.S. healthcare roles, such as RNs, CNAs, and Allied Health professionals. You will be tasked with sourcing and screening candidates from the U.S., coordinating with clients and internal teams to meet hiring requirements, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining ATS/database records. Additionally, you will be expected to mentor and guide junior recruiters to achieve team goals and stay informed about U.S. licensing, compliance, and immigration regulations. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 3-5 years of experience in U.S. healthcare recruitment, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with U.S. job portals, sourcing strategies, and compliance standards is essential, as well as the ability to work night shifts aligned with U.S. hours. Strong leadership, multitasking, and organizational abilities are also key requirements for this position.
