Job Description

As a Healthcare Recruiter at ICG Medical, your primary responsibility will be to develop and expand relationships and revenue within the region to advance our mission of Improving Patient Care. You will be expected to have a comprehensive understanding of the role and the business, and work towards growing the region in alignment with company targets. Your focus will be on delivering a timely and robust recruitment service to both candidates and clients, while maintaining a high level of customer service. Your key responsibilities will include: - Sourcing and generating referrals, mining the database, utilizing social media for sourcing, and effectively selling the agency/opportunity. - Managing the pipeline by prioritizing, building, and maintaining relationships, and ensuring compliance in collecting documentation. - Keeping track of candidate availability and updating information accordingly. - Managing the candidate database and ensuring all notes are accurately maintained. - Proactively addressing and resolving candidate queries and issues. - Sourcing new nurses, nurturing existing nurses, and managing cancellations from clients and candidates. - Conducting follow-up calls after the first shift to maintain high service levels. - Making welfare calls to workers to enhance the customer experience. - Developing client relationships and maximizing opportunities. - Managing the pipeline effectively. To be successful in this role, you must have: - Experience in US Healthcare Recruitment in Travel Positions. - Excellent verbal communication and writing skills. - Commitment to delivering a high level of service to clients and candidates. - A graduate or undergraduate degree. - Comfort working US shifts and from the office.
