Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter (Night Shift, Remote)

Experience: 1–3 Years (Mandatory Healthcare Insurance Recruitment Experience)

Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST

Location: Permanent Remote

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter with strong expertise in recruiting for the healthcare insurance domain.

Note: We are not looking for candidates who have worked primarily with hospitals — this role is exclusively for those with healthcare insurance recruitment experience in the US market.

Key

Source, screen, and recruit candidates for healthcare insurance roles across the US market.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for managed care positions.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver qualified candidates within deadlines.

Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, documentation, and US healthcare regulations.

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Mandatory: 1–3 years of recruitment experience specifically in the healthcare insurance domain.

Deep understanding of managed care concepts such as:

HMO, PPO, Medicaid, Medicare

Capitation, Utilization Management

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, including:

HIPAA

CMS Guidelines

NCQA Standards

Awareness of and experience hiring for key managed care roles, such as:

Care Managers

Utilization Review Nurses

Medical Directors

Claims Processors

Provider Network Managers

Case Managers

Strong sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for interacting with US-based candidates.
