Quality Management & Compliance
Develop and implement quality assurance (QA) and quality improvement (QI) programs.
Maintain and update quality documentation, SOPs, and policies.
Patient Safety & Risk Management
Coordinate root cause analysis (RCA), FMEA, CAPA initiatives.
Implement programs to reduce clinical risks and improve patient outcomes.
Performance Monitoring
Analyze data trends and create performance dashboards for management review.
Present periodic quality performance reports.
Process Improvement
Identify gaps in workflows and implement process optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance patient experience and clinical efficiency
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Public Health, or related field.
Certification in SIS SIGMA (preferred.
Minimum 3–7 years of experience in us healthcare quality
Strong understanding of quality frameworks, accreditation standards, and patient safety protocols
Excellent knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and leadership skills.
Experience with RCA, CAPA, QMS tools, and audit processes.
Proficiency in MS Office, quality dashboards, and reporting tool
