Key Responsibilities: Evaluate medical records and applications to determine insurability. Analyze risk factors and recommend appropriate premiums or policy terms. Collaborate with medical professionals and agents for accurate assessments. Ensure underwriting decisions comply with company and regulatory standards. Manage data and maintain accurate documentation for audit purposes. Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in health underwriting or a similar role. Knowledge of medical terminology, health risk assessment, and insurance policies. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Proficiency in underwriting tools and MS Office.
