Roles & Responsibilities:

Product Development & Compliance:
Drive new product development, manage filings, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Market Research & Benchmarking:
Conduct competition analysis and research trends in both Indian and international markets.
Business Alignment:
Understand channel-specific requirements and align products with business goals.
Portfolio Management:
Handle analytics, MIS, and underwriting interventions to maintain a healthy portfolio.
Customer & Sales Support:
Address customer escalations, manage media queries, and train sales teams on product features.
Performance Monitoring:
Track loss ratios and recommend corrective actions.
