Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and technically versatile Staff SDET Engineer (Staff Software Development Engineering Test) to lead quality efforts across our Big Data pipelines, frontend platforms, and emerging Agentic AI systems. Lead technical initiatives to scale test automation and CI/CD integration across teams. Mentor junior QA engineers and promote a quality-first culture. Drive root cause analysis and collaborate on incident resolution and preventive quality measures. Required Qualifications: Bachelors or Master s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 7+ years in Quality Engineering with hands-on experience in both backend and frontend domains. Strong experience in Big Data ecosystems : Hadoop, Spark, Hive, HDFS, Kafka. Expertise in Cypress for modern UI test automation (JavaScript/TypeScript).
