Company Description Vardhman Podar Learn School (VPLS) is dedicated to empowering children to compete and prosper by addressing learning and education gaps in the Seoni region. VPLS prioritizes digital and interactive learning, utilizing real-life scenarios, digital tools, and VR technology to enrich the educational experience. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Headmaster, located in Seoni. The Headmaster will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the school, including curriculum development, educational leadership, and pedagogical strategies. The role involves communicating with teachers, students, and parents to ensure a positive educational environment and fostering professional development among staff. The Headmaster will also be tasked with implementing innovative teaching methods, maintaining academic standards, and guiding the overall vision and mission of the school. Qualifications Curriculum Development and Pedagogy skills Educational Leadership and Education experience Excellent English Communication skills Strong organizational and management abilities Commitment to fostering a positive educational environment Experience with digital and interactive teaching methods Master's degree in Education or related field is preferred NTT/Montessori/ECCED Job Location - Seoni Hiring for Head Mistress (Pre School i.e. Nursery , Junior KG, Senior KG) Immediate Joiner will be given preference.
