Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Education (M.Ed.) / B.Ed. with a strong academic background.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of teaching experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or administrative role.
  • Sound knowledge of modern educational practices, school management, and child development.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and school management.

Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate teachers and staff to achieve the school’s vision.
  • Conduct staff meetings, workshops, and training programs to upgrade skills.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive school culture that encourages academic excellence and moral values.

Parent & Community Relations

  • Maintain effective communication with parents, including meetings, progress updates, and grievance handling.
  • Represent the school in community programs, education fairs, and official inspections.
  • Strengthen the school’s image and reputation within the community.
