Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and motivate teachers and staff to achieve the school’s vision. Conduct staff meetings, workshops, and training programs to upgrade skills. Parent & Community Relations Maintain effective communication with parents , including meetings, progress updates, and grievance handling.
