Job Description

Hiring for Assistant Admin Officer (Female) for Seoni, Madhya Pradesh

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the department or office.
Prepare, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) for records, reports, and sensitive information.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, letters, phone calls).
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors for procurement.
Support budgeting, invoicing, and financial tracking activities.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate interdepartmental communications and projects.
Assist in the implementation and enforcement of organizational policies and procedures.
Perform data entry and assist in compiling and analyzing administrative data.
Provide support for special projects, events, and audits as needed.

Essential:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant administrative experience.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
