Head - Technical Housing Finance

Job Purpose / Summary:

The Head of Technical Housing Finance is responsible for overseeing the technical and financial operations within the housing finance department. This includes managing the development, implementation, and enhancement of housing finance products, ensuring the integration of technical solutions, and aligning financial operations with regulatory requirements. The role also involves leadership of a team of finance professionals and technical experts to drive innovation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in housing finance offerings.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the housing finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement the housing finance strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry trends.
• Oversee the design, development, and execution of housing finance products (mortgages, home loans, etc.), ensuring they meet market demand and regulatory standards.
• Manage the pricing, risk assessment, and profitability of housing finance products.
• Evaluate the technical viability of new financial products and ensure alignment with the latest market trends.
• Supervise the integration and optimization of housing finance-related technologies, ensuring seamless processes and system performance.
• Lead the adoption of emerging technologies (e.g., digital platforms, AI, data analytics) to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks related to housing finance.
• Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, government bodies, real estate developers, and customers.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of finance and technical experts.

Experience / Skill set / Certifications Required:

• Educational Qualification- CA/ MBA
• Relevant Job Experience- Min. Experience of 8-10 Years.
• Skills Sets: Experience in Credit workflow/Implementation to be given Priority
• Proven track record of managing technical and financial teams Specifically in a housing finance or related field.
