Head- Supply Chain Manager

Position: Supply Chain Manager \- Operation

Responsibilities: Inventory Management

\- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meetdemand while avoiding overstocking.

\- Prepare and share inventory reports, ensuring stocknumbers and expiry dates are upto\-date. Warehouse Operations

\- Oversee storage, handling, and process management (GRN,pick\-pack\-ship, inwardoutward).

\- Optimize layouts, implement safety measures, and maintainefficient workflows. Transportation and Logistics

\- Coordinate the movement of goods, negotiate with carriers,and manage transportation schedules.

\- Prepare daily logistics and shipment reports, includingweight, rates, and delivery status. Order Fulfilment

\- Ensure timely and accurate order processing bycollaborating with sales and operations teams.

\- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughefficient delivery systems. Supply Chain Planning

\- Develop demand forecasts, production schedules, andinventory plans.

\- Implement strategies to optimize supply chain performance.Risk and Compliance Management

\- Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring adherence tolegal and regulatory standards.

\- Obtain reporting manager approval for process changes andmaintain compliance SOPs.

Data Analysis and Reporting

\- Track and analyze metrics like inventory turnover andtransportation efficiency.

\- Generate daily, weekly, and TAT (Turnaround Time) reportsfor management. Continuous Improvement

\- Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improveefficiency, and enhance customer experience.

\- Propose changes for approval and implement them afterthorough impact analysis. Partner and Relationship Management

\- Build strong relationships with customers and identify newlogistics partners.

\- Conduct market research to acquire new business accounts.SOP Creation and Process Management

\- Develop and update SOPs for inventory, warehouseoperations, logistics, and compliance.
