Develop and implement global category strategies for indirect procurement.
Lead supplier governance programs, including risk assessments, SLA/KPI monitoring, and vendor rationalization.
Lead end-to-end sourcing activities (RFI/RFP/RFQ), supplier negotiations, contracting, and onboarding.
Establish cost reduction, value creation, and process optimization targets for indirect spend.
Drive alignment on demand planning, budgeting, and long-term category roadmaps.
Leverage procurement technology and digital tools (ERP/SRM/e-Sourcing platforms) to enhance efficiency
