As an Incharge - Sales & Solutions at Varuna Warehousing Pvt. Ltd, your role involves developing sales nationwide, managing the sales process from scoping to go-live, focusing on sales according to company requirements, providing market information to management for new product development, defining sales targets, conducting periodic sales reviews, and developing and retaining clients for the initial 3-month period before handing them over to Key Account Managers. Key Responsibilities: - Develop sales across India - Manage sales from scoping to go live - Focus on sales as per company requirements - Provide market information to management for new product development - Define sales targets and strategies to achieve them based on company requirements - Conduct periodic sales reviews - Develop and retain clients for the initial 3-month period before transitioning to Key Account Managers Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in any field - 2-10 years of experience in warehousing sales - Sales experience in Warehouse/3PL - Experience in All India sales for at least 2-3 years As the Incharge - Sales & Solutions, you are expected to possess leadership qualities, be self-motivated, have good communication skills, and be proficient in presentation skills for both external and internal customers. This role also involves achieving key performance indicators such as revenue growth, space occupancy, gross profit, sales activities on assigned suspects, compliance to customer acquisition policies, and customer relationship management.,
