Job Description

Job Purpose:

Lead the delivery, support, and continuous optimization of RISE with SAP across EPC and Manufacturing businesses, enabling digital transformation and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bridge business, IT, and SAP partners for solution delivery and operations.
  • Translate business needs into SAP solutions; manage rollout, timelines, and budgets.
  • Oversee SAP project planning and execution, ensuring functional alignment.
  • Evaluate and propose new SAP S4HANA solutions in line with business goals.
  • Optimize processes and systems; manage testing and change control.
  • Ensure integrations with HRMS, CRM, sourcing, analytics, and other systems.
  • Lead and mentor SAP S4HANA teams across modules and technologies.
  • Ensure audit compliance, SLA adherence, uptime, and licensing.
  • Drive user adoption, training, and change management.
  • Maintain IT policies, budget, vendor relationships, and documentation.
  • Stay current with SAP technologies and trends.

Requirements:

  • 18+ years SAP ERP experience; 8+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in EPC & Energy Manufacturing sectors.
  • Led end-to-end SAP S4HANA (preferably RISE) migrations.
  • Strong in system integrations and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
