Role & responsibilities

a leadership role that oversees both the sales and operational functions within a company to drive revenue growth and improve efficiency

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strategic Planning & Execution:

    Developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives. This includes setting sales targets, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and creating sales plans.
  • Sales Process Optimization:

    Streamlining and optimizing the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Sales Technology & CRM Management:

    Overseeing the selection, implementation, and management of sales technologies, including CRM systems (like Salesforce), and ensuring data accuracy and effective utilization.
  • Sales Data Analysis & Reporting:

    Analyzing sales data to identify trends, forecast sales, and provide insights to improve sales performance. This includes creating reports and dashboards for tracking key metrics.
  • Sales Team Management & Development:

    Leading and managing a team of sales operations professionals, providing coaching and guidance, and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Budget Management:

    Overseeing the sales operations budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and managing expenses.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Working closely with other departments, such as marketing, product, and customer service, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Sales Enablement:

    Providing sales teams with the necessary tools, resources, and training to be successful.

Skills Required:

  • Sales Management & Leadership:

    Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage a sales operations team, and a deep understanding of sales principles and best practices.
  • Technical Proficiency & CRM Expertise:

    Proficiency in using and managing CRM systems and other sales technologies.
  • Data Analysis & Interpretation:

    Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
  • Communication & Collaboration:

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving: Ability Ability

    to develop and implement strategic sales plans, and to identify and resolve sales-related challenges.
  • Candidates from Manufacturing industry is needed

  • 15 to 25 yrs experience in same field

- Sales and Operations Target - To achieve the production and sales target.

- To manage all the departments and evaluate their output on monthly basis

Good communication skills, Presentation skills, computer skills ,

- Good exposure in handling large number of employees and manufacturing Plants

and other units/ Branches .
