Role Overview: As the Inside Sales Head at Magic Billion, you will be vital in optimizing the sales team's performance and executing sales strategies. Your duties will involve shaping the inside sales function, supervising the inside sales team, and creating leads for Magic Billion's offerings. We seek a dynamic and enthusiastic sales professional with solid experience in team management and a profound grasp of the sales cycle. Key Responsibilities: - Set and supervise the workflow of inside sales processes, encompassing daily tasks and preparing reports. Analyze, forecast, and assist various sales activities. - Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to design and implement lead generation campaigns regularly. - Guide, support, and mentor sales associates, create training modules, and facilitate the onboarding of new Sales Representatives. - Monitor sales funnel and operational metrics, offer business insights, and deploy strategies to enhance sales performance. - Identify avenues to refine sales and support processes, conduct sales forecasting, and manage tools like CRMs. - Evaluate customer behavior, market demands, and competition, and relay feedback to the marketing, product team, and the organization. Qualification Required: - 8-10 years of sales experience, with leadership roles in Inside sales, International Recruitment, Student Admissions, and EdTech Sales. - Demonstrated proficiency in leading and managing sales operations efficiently. - Strong sales acumen with exceptional communication and presentation skills. - Knowledge or background in International Recruitment is advantageous. - Detail-oriented with a focus on diligence, time management, and quality work.
