Head Sales Internal

As the Inside Sales Head at Magic Billion, you will play a crucial role in maximizing the sales team's potential and driving sales plans. Your responsibilities will include shaping the inside sales function, overseeing the inside sales team, and generating leads for Magic Billion offerings. We are looking for a dynamic and passionate sales professional with a strong background in team management and a deep understanding of the sales cycle. Key Responsibilities: - Set and manage the workflow of inside sales processes, including daily activities and report preparation. Analyze, forecast, and support various sales activities. - Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns regularly. - Lead, mentor, and coach sales associates, design training modules, and onboard new Sales Representatives. - Track sales funnel and operational metrics, provide insights to the business, and implement techniques to enhance sales performance. - Identify opportunities to improve sales and support processes, conduct sales forecasting, and manage technical tools like CRMs. - Analyze customer behavior, market demands, and competition, and share feedback with the marketing, product team, and the organization. Skills and Qualifications: - 8-10 years of sales experience, including leadership experience in Inside sales, International Recruitment, Student Admissions, and EdTech Sales. - Proven ability to lead and manage sales operations effectively. - Strong sales acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills. - Knowledge or background in International Recruitment is a plus. - Detail-oriented with a focus on diligence, time management, and quality of work.
