Job Description


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail outlets. The role focuses on delivering revenue growth, optimizing costs, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will bring proven retail management expertise, a solid understanding of sales and marketing strategies, and the ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve ambitious performance targets. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to maximize sales, improve SPH (Sales Per Head) and NPS (Net Promoter Score), and drive sustainable business growth.

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute retail strategies that align with the company's overall business goals.
  • To achieve assigned targets for the park in a sustained manner
  • Monitor the performance of our retail operations and make recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Ensure availability of Retail Merchandise for customers without shortfall in all counters across the park.
  • Introducing new SKUS, Combos, Offers
  • Costumes Premiumization -based on Seasons
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and display
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the shops
  • Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget
  • Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the shops reputation
  • Analysing past sales figures/trends to anticipate future product needs
  • Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts for each counter/location day wise/monthwise
  • Duty allocation and manpower management
  • Manage point-of-sale processes
  • Proven working experience in retail sales

Requirements

  • Proven track record as

    Retail Head, Retail Sales Manager

    , or in a similar leadership role in retail.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving

    revenue generation and SPH targets

    in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of

    retail sales processes, consumer behaviour principles

    , and customer experience metrics such as

    NPS

  • Knowledge of retail management best practices
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
