Incumbent will be responsible for the Retail Sales & Expansion of the Sub Brand of Senco Gold & Diamond - Melorra. MAJOR KRA - Revenue Goal - topline of Rs. 300 crores Expand current network of 22 stores by opening 15 FOFO stores. Ensure great customer satisfaction levels in retail of Melorra ( NPS of 60%) Deliver a studded ratio of 65% across the retail chain Ensure all current 22 stores are profitable.
