Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs across functions.
Mentor and manage the recruitment team to achieve targets and ensure high-quality hiring.
Drive candidate conversion from interview stage to successful hire, ensuring timely closures and offer acceptance.
Partner with business stakeholders to forecast manpower needs and deliver recruitment solutions.
Provide regular recruitment status updates to stakeholders.
Develop innovative sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Maintain recruitment metrics and reports to track performance of the team.
Ensure excellent candidate experience and maintain Astria strong employer brand.

Required Skills

10+ years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in IT/AI/Tech domains.
Flexibility to work across US and UK time zones as required to support client interactions and delivery timelines.
Experience in managing and mentoring recruitment teams.
Hands-on experience with job portals, ATS, and advanced sourcing strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word.
