1. Recruitment Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet short-term and long-term organizational goals.

• Partner with senior management and department heads to forecast hiring needs.

• Design and optimize recruitment processes for efficiency, diversity, and candidate experience.

• Monitor and analyze hiring metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, etc.) to identify areas of improvement.

2. Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, mentor, and train the recruitment team to achieve departmental objectives.

• Allocate workloads, set performance targets, and conduct regular team performance reviews.

• Promote collaboration between HR, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.

3. Talent Sourcing & Candidate Management

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.

• Manage executive search or critical position hiring directly.

• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

• Oversee applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure data accuracy and compliance.

4. Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Stay updated on market trends, emerging recruitment technologies, and best practices.

• Implement automation and digital tools to improve recruitment efficiency.

• Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the recruitment function.
