Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Strategic Recruitment Leadership: Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals. Build and lead a high-performing recruitment team. Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs. Full-Cycle Recruitment Oversight: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for senior, mid-level, and entry-level roles. Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes. Industry-Specific Talent Sourcing: Source candidates for real estate roles including brokers, agents, property managers, leasing consultants, and support staff. Leverage industry networks, real estate job boards, and social media platforms. Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice in the real estate sector. Manage partnerships with universities, industry associations, and training institutes. Metrics & Compliance: Monitor key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire). Ensure compliance with labor laws and hiring best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Masters preferred). 10+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 in a leadership role. Prior experience in the real estate industry strongly preferred. Proven ability to hire for both volume and niche roles. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and decision-making skills. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. Preferred candidate profile Real estate industry strongly preferred.
