Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Recruitment Head to lead end-to-end talent acquisition for our dealership operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about identifying and hiring top talent at all levels from technicians to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and drive the recruitment strategy and process across departments
Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
Build strong hiring pipelines for sales, service, back office, and management roles
Conduct interviews, manage assessments, and oversee onboarding
Partner with HR for employer branding and campus hiring initiatives
Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely closures
Manage recruitment agencies and job portal relationships

Requirements:

Proven track record of leading hiring at scale in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, digital hiring, and manpower planning
Ability to drive performance hiring, retention-focused recruitment, and process improvement
