Job Description

Identifying the right product-market fit and selecting initial customers for the launch of processed knitted fabrics.
Setting up a reliable
outsourcing network
for fabric processing, ensuring quality, scalability, and compliance.
Establishing the
end-to-end supply chain
and developing robust
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
to ensure seamless transition into full-scale operations.

Set up the Processed Fabric Division, covering Sales, Outsourced Operations, and Supply Chain functions, in alignment with KPIs agreed upon with management.

Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with processing facilities in Tamil Nadu, ensuring consistent quality, operational reliability, and scalability.

Build and optimize the complete supply chain, covering vendor management, logistics, turnaround time, and cost control .

Develop and institutionalize SOPs for processing and supply chain operations to ensure high-quality output, operational efficiency, and coordination with internal teams.
Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and quality teams to ensure product development aligns with customer needs and market expectations.
Drive the expansion into processed woven fabrics, actively supporting the current validation phase and preparing for future scale-up.

Track and improve key performance metrics, including cost, quality, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction
