Strategic Leadership - Develop and implement long term strategies to grow the processed fabric division. Identify new opportunities for product development, value addition and market expansion. Align departmental goals with organizational objectives. Operations Management - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, cost quality and timelines. Set up supply chain and outsource to warehouse. Quality Assurance -Establish and enforce quality standards for processed fabrics to meet client and regulatory requirements. Lead continuous improvement initiatives for product quality and process reliability. Team Leadership -Lead, Monitor and motivate managers, supervisors and floor staff for peak performance. Assess manpower needs, arrange training, support skill development. Foster a culture of safety, accountability and innovation. Supply chain and vendor management -Ensure timely delivery and cost effectiveness in the supply chain. Customer and stakeholder engagement -Address client inquiries and complaints and provide technical support as needed. Represent the division in meetings with key customers and industry associations. Liase with sales, marketing and design teams to understand customer requirements and market trends. Compliance & Sustainability -Ensure adherence to environmental regulations, health and safety standards and corporate policies.
