Role Overview: You will be responsible for project management, resource planning, and supervising a team of engineers for the analysis and design of rock/concrete/steel structures. Your role will involve working with multidisciplinary teams and delivering global projects. Your impact will be crucial in turning abstract ideas into realities that transform the world for good. Key Responsibilities: - Lead functional teams and provide design leadership for large-scale port projects such as terminals, breakwaters, dredging, and offshore structures - Utilize resource planning skills effectively - Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills - Engage in good business development and client management practices - Be willing to work outside normal work hours if required by project schedule Qualifications Required: - A bachelor's degree in civil or related engineering is essential - Preferably hold a master's degree with specialization in a related engineering field - Possess about 15 to 20 years of experience after graduation/post-graduation in project management, client management, or team leader roles - Have a good understanding of Indian codes and standards, as well as international codes such as ACI, BS, and EURO Codes - Display awareness of individual capability limitations and technical competence - Proficient in written and spoken English with good communication skills Additional Company Details: At Jacobs, collaboration and in-person interactions are valued for both culture and client delivery.
