Your impactThe successful candidate shall possess knowledge and experience in

• Project management and resource planning
• Supervising and guiding team of engineers for analysis and design of rock/concrete/steel structures
• Working with multidisciplinary teams and experience in delivering global projects.
  

Key capabilities and qualities should include

• Demonstrated ability to leads functional teams
• Track record in design leadership for large-scale port projects (terminals, breakwaters, dredging, offshore structures)
• Resource planning skills
• Good communicator/collaborator.
• Good business development and client management skills
• Should be willing to work outside normal work hours if required by project schedule
  

Here's what you'll need

• A bachelor’s degree in civil or related engineering is essential
• Master’s degree with specialisation in related engineering field will be preferred
• About 15 to 20 years of experience after graduation/post-graduation in a project management/client management/ team leader role
• Good knowledge of Indian codes and standards along with international codes such as ACI, BS and EURO Codes is required.
• Should have awareness of individual capability limitations and technical competence.
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English is necessary.
• Good communication skills are must.
