CLIENT: Leading digital rewards ,loyalty programs and gifting co. specializing in Digital Payments, Instant Rewards, and Gift Vouchers.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale recruitment and talent acquisition drives, manage bulk hiring initiatives across multiple regions to strategically support the company’s workforce planning and expansion goals.

• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across entry, mid, and senior levels, improving time-to-hire.

• Work closely with senior leadership to align recruitment strategies with business priorities, contributing to the successful national expansion and the filling of 300+ roles.

• Implement HR technology solutions (ATS & HRIS) to streamline recruitment processes,

• Enable the fulfillment of critical tech roles (Tech Leads, Product Managers, UX Design Lead, Senior SDEs etc.).

• Devised overall high performance roadmap with strong focus on Performance Management and Talent retention.

• Compliance and Risk Management including liasoning with govt. authorities,adherence to all applicable labor laws and regulations.

• Leverage HR Digitization for migration to automated ( non-manual) processes.

• Proven track record in developing and executing high-impact recruitment strategies, leading and mentoring recruitment teams.

• Passionate about building high-performance teams & working with high-growth companies, taking them to the next level of performance.

Annual Compensation: 60 LPA
