Position – HEAD-OPERATIONS-ANIMAL WELFARE

Overview:
We are looking for a Head-Operations (Animal Welfare) with minimum 10 years ofexperience in handling of Animal Welfare Operations Independently.

Responsibilities:
Provide inspired leadership for the organization.Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.Management of HR Operations including Recruitment, Trainings,Engagement Activities and Volunteer Brigade for organization.Managing Fundraising Team for mobilization of resources for successfulimplementation of cause.Help to promote culture for organization which can encourages topperformance and high morale.Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditingWork with senior stakeholders.Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliancewith laws and regulations.Work with the CEO to determine values and mission, and plan for short andlong-term goals.Identify and address problems and opportunities for the organization.Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.Support worker communication with the management team.

Requirements:
Must have experience in animal welfare operations.Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field.Experience in management, operations, and leadership.Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss,balance sheet, and cash-flow management.Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, andemployees.Excellent communication skills.Solid understanding of financial management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹800,000.00 per year
