Job Description

You should have a strong understanding of digital product development, marketing, and customer experience, along with excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Your responsibilities will include competency mapping, identifying the gap between our online app and competitors" apps, and designing various brokerage slabs based on market competition. You will be required to develop a strategy for online client acquisition to meet the company's annual targets and design contests and promotional offers for end customers throughout the year. Additionally, you will design a performance appraisal system, monitor productivity, manage attrition and recruitment, and ensure team members achieve their targets. Designing training programs for various online products, conducting customer awareness and training programs for the online app, and creating marketing campaigns to promote the online business through digital media are also part of the role. You should possess strong skills in marketing, sales, and business development, with a proactive attitude towards setting up and leading teams, as well as being technically sound. This position is in the Online Business department located in Vadodara. The ideal candidate should be a graduate or MBA in Marketing with NISM certification and have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a relevant profile.,
