You will be responsible for training the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and motivating them to achieve sales targets consistently. Your key responsibilities will include conducting regular training sessions on products, ingredients, benefits, and usage for beauty advisors, sales executives, and distributors. You will need to develop training manuals, videos, and presentations tailored to the personal & beauty care segment. Additionally, you will be providing sales coaching, motivation, and performance improvement strategies to front-line sales teams. It will be your duty to organize product launches, demonstrations, and knowledge sessions across regions, staying updated with market trends, competitor products, and customer expectations. Field visits will be conducted by you to observe, support, and provide feedback to sales teams. Furthermore, you will evaluate training effectiveness and provide reports and improvement plans. You will be expected to coordinate with marketing and R&D teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information delivery. Designing and implementing incentive schemes and contests to boost motivation and sales will also fall under your responsibilities. For this role, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Cosmetology, Marketing, or a related field is required, along with 3+ years of experience in sales training/product training in the beauty, skincare, or personal care industry. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential, coupled with a passion for beauty, grooming, and personal care products. Ability to travel extensively for training and market visits is a must, along with good hands-on experience in maintaining Beauty Advisors reports and knowledge of MS Office. This is a full-time, permanent position. In terms of benefits, you will receive cell phone reimbursement, internet reimbursement, and paid sick time.
